Yurii Tsup

10+ years experience in managing GIS projects, cartographic data processing, administration of web resources, writing terms of reference, as well as conducting workshops and presentations.

 Previously, Yurii was involved in the implementation of regional urban development projects, the formation of geoinformation decision support systems for spatial territorial planning and regional development purposes.

Graduated from the Military Institute of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Volodymyr Bilokon’

Provides expertise in the preparation of national environmental strategies, including environmental protection and water resources management, as well as tools for their implementation, both at the level of programs or action plans, and their legal and normative support.

 

Environmental and Water Policy Expert, Candidate of Science in Geography, he was experienced as a team’s leader or the member of teams in scientific, national and international organizations dealing with environmental issues, including the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine, the State Environmental Inspectorate, Global Environmental Fund and UNDP environmental programs, and EU technical assistance projects. He also has experience in analytical and expert work in NGOs. Performed the coordination of the work on the drafting of the Law of Ukraine “On the Fundamental Principles (Strategy) of the State Environmental Policy of Ukraine for the period up to 2020 and the NAP as the main tool for its implementation”. These documents were the main prerequisite for Ukraine to receive EU Sectoral Budget Support. For outcomes achieved in this field, he was awarded the Honored Diploma of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Svitlana Sushko

Specialized in industrial pollution and EU law implementation, Expert of the Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine.

 

She has work experience in state, private and public environmental organizations, arranging educational workshops on environmental issues and EU law.

 

She has obtained a Master`s Degree in Law and Specialist in Management and Economics  (specializing in economics of enterprise).

 

She has been involved on international projects since 2005.

Semen Pavlenko

He had internships at the Strategic Planning and European Integration Directorate of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine, Reform Support Team of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine, Climate and Environmental Management Bureau of Havelland District (Brandenburg, Germany), and Verkhovna Rada Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety. Currently he is providing analytical support of the cases concerning the Volkswagen emissions tests‘ scandal (Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, Hamburg).

Co-author of the analytical comparative research on «green» themes of German and Ukrainian political parties (issued in cooperation with the Heinrich Böll Foundation on request of the inter-factional deputy association «Green Energy of Changes).

Within the framework of NGO «CPIS» activities Semen focuses on projects aimed at implementation of sustainable development goals at the local and national levels and promotion of environmental education and awareness-raising of Ukrainians.

Graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg (Germany). Now Semen is studying at the University Master’s program of Bremen city (Germany).

Olena Feleniuk

Olena is a professional with more than 14 years of experience in the WTO matters and FTAs (EFTA, Singapore, EU, Montenegro, Canada, Israel), as well as ASEAN and Singapore trade development ties;  the government service for the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, the Government Office for European Integration in the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the diplomatic service for the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Singapore, Brunei Darussalam and New Zealand.

Took part in more than 25 professional development programs on trade-related issues organized by the international organizations and the governments of the EU countries, Japan, Singapore, Canada etc.

Has a Master degree in Economics, Kyiv National Economic University.

The author of several policy papers on international trade issues.

Oleksandra Azarkhina

NGO «CPIS» Board Member, co-founder of the LLC FIXER Agency, author of the educational course at the Healthcare Communications School.

 

She is an experienced media manager, an expert on public communications for business, non-profit sector and the state institutions. Worked as a producer of English and Russian-language broadcasts on Public Television. She has also worked as a consultant to both the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine on the issues of reform communications.

 

MA in Political Science, had scientific internships in Paris, author of scientific articles on the development of new media and networking organizations in cities.

Nataliya Vasylyeva

Environmental Consultant with experience in climate policy, waste management, renewable energy, environmental economics and finances.

 

She has a strong academic background with a Master’s degree (Distinction) in Environmental Sciences from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Ukraine, coupled with the knowledge obtained from her Master’s degree (Distinction) in Global Energy Management (Energy Economics) from the University of Strathclyde, UK, the latter being enabled by receiving a Chevening Scholarship Award from the UK Government. 

 

She has held roles of Environmental Project Coordinator and Project Manager. Also, she has been working as an environmental consultant for private business, international financial institutions and organisations, such as Thomson Reuters, Baker & McKenzie, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), International Finance Corporation (IFC) and UNDP.

Mykhailo Rudenko

NGO «CPIS» Board Member, Public Administration Reform Project Manager of the Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine.

 

5+ years of experience in public administration, international projects, and diplomacy.

 

Previously, Mykhailo was involved in the development of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement institutional framework being responsible for the functioning of the EU-Ukraine Association Council, Association Committee and its Sub-Committees at the Government Office for European Integration, as well as a Co-Secretary of the Ukrainian side of the EU-Ukraine Civil Society Platform at the Civic Synergy project.

 

Prior to that, he held the management and expert positions in the Administration of the President of Ukraine, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.

 

Mykhailo’s diplomatic background includes assignments to the Ukrainian embassies in Brazil, as the Head of the Trade and Economic Mission, and Cuba.

 

Ph.D. in Political Sciences, Master of International Information (Speciality Public Relations).

Mariia Kutsevol

Halyna Rybalko

10+ years of professional experience in providing administrative support to BDO consulting company. She focuses on performing organizational tasks, ensuring proper document flow and monitoring team performance.

Graduated from the Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University and National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Auditing.

8+ years of experience in creating visual identification and design support for different advertising campaigns of various scales for the largest Ukrainian and foreign customers and projects of international technical assistance.

50+ projects in different markets and in different business categories.

Anton Savochka

Business coach, management consultant, game designer, coach and facilitator, PhD (Doctor of Philosophy). Certified Business Trainer (ICBT) and Certified DISC System Specialist (TOMAS PPA), ICA Methodology Facilitator and Certified business game designer (Skolkovo Business School)

 

He was in charge of the project management school at Yuriya-Pharm Corporation, worked as a Business Trainer at AXA Insurance and as a Personnel Development Specialist at Platinum Bank.

 

After the successful implementation of leadership training systems in both Ukraine and the worldwide, within the framework of NGO «CPIS»,  Anton intends to develop systems of motivation and increase the efficiency of civil servants, because he firmly believes that the personality is a key part of any social transformations, especially- of Eurointegration reforms.

Anatolii Kutsevol

Co-Founder, Head of Centre

Economist, interpreter and government relations expert. Has experience in public administration, European integration, technical assistance projects and civil society activities.

 

Since 2017 to 2019 Director of the Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine, worked in the Office for EU Integration under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (2014-2016, 2008-2011), the Office for Economic Policy of the Administration of the President of Ukraine (2011-2014), the Department for Coordination of Technical Assistance of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine (2007-2008).

 

PFP professional fellowship program under American Councils Alumni.

Alla Dzhun

17+ years of legal experience, including legal research, preparation of legislative acts, development of conceptual vision of reforms in terms of legal process and legal support.

 

Alla is one of the key Ukrainian experts in the field of European integration and approximation of Ukrainian legislation to EU law in various sectors, including sustainable development, environmental protection, , energy, transport, trade and competition.

 

Alla Dzhun obtained her Master’s degree in law at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University. In the framework of NGO «CPIS», Alla focuses on communication and education projects on sustainable development and on the Ukrainian legislation compliance check with EU law.
